SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Recoupment. Specifies what actions qualify for statutory recoupment to include all defenses arising out of the transaction, whether such defenses are in law or equity. As introduced, the bill was a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference.
