Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Augusta County General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and the City of Staunton Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court may sit and exercise full authority in Augusta County on the property on which sits the building formerly used as the Beverley Manor Elementary School, located at 116 Cedar Green Road, Staunton, Virginia. Such courts shall continue to hold their respective sessions in such place until other court facilities have been built and fitted for occupation by such courts or until some other place or places are designated by order of the chief judge of the Twenty-Fifth Judicial Circuit. A copy of any such order shall, if practicable, be posted by the clerk of the affected district court at the door of (i) the clerk's office, (ii) the current district court facility, and (iii) the place that the chief judge has so designated.
