20104285DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 3.2-4114.3 as follows:
§ 3.2-4114.3. Regulation of sale of hemp product.
A. The Board shall adopt regulations prohibiting any person who is not a credentialed medical professional from wearing a white laboratory coat or jacket or other medical attire or device in any hemp product advertisement or marketing material that could reasonably be expected to portray such person as a medical professional.
B. The Board may adopt regulations governing the sale, offer for sale, advertising, and marketing of industrial hemp products.
