- 2. That if § 4.1-209 of the Code of Virginia, as amended by
this act, is amended by an act of assembly passed by the 2020 Session of the General
Assembly and such act consolidates the gourmet shop license into a broader
retail off-premises wine and beer license, the provisions of this act shall
remain in effect and shall be relocated in the subdivision of the Code of
Virginia in which such retail off-premises wine and beer license is relocated.
