H.B. 1647. An Act to amend and reenact §§ 56-594 and 67-102 of the Code of Virginia and § 1 of the first enactment of Chapters 358 and 382 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013, as amended by Chapter 803 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017, and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 56-585.1:11, relating to the regulation of sales of electricity under third-party sales agreements; net energy; and the removal of other barriers to the increased implementation of distributed solar and other renewable energy in the Commonwealth.
