Institute for Advanced Learning and Research; executive director. Provides that the chief executive of the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, currently referred to as the executive director, may be referred to as the president or the president and executive director.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Institute for Advanced Learning and Research; executive director; duties. Removes as duties of the executive director of the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research the supervision and management of the Institute and the preparation and submission, upon the direction and approval of the board of trustees of the Institute, of all budgets and requests for appropriations.
