Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of Housing and Community Development is directed to promulgate regulations pertaining to the construction, maintenance, operation, and inspection of amusement devices known as trampoline courts pursuant to its authority under § 36-98.3 of the Code of Virginia.
