Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 30-354 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-354. (Expires July 1, 2019) Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2019 2024.

2. That the second enactment of Chapter 562 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014 is repealed.
