CHAPTER 505 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 15.2-966.1, relating to primary health care facility for employees of locality. [S 1358] Approved March 18, 2019

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 15.2-966.1 as follows:

§ 15.2-966.1. Establishment of primary health care facility for employees of locality.

Any locality may establish and operate a primary care health care facility for the locality's employees and covered dependents. Such facility may provide vision and dental care in addition to medical services.
