That notwithstanding the sixth enactment of this act, if the waiting list for supportive housing for auxiliary grant recipients maintained by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services consists of 30 individuals or more on October 1, 2020, then the maximum number of auxiliary grant recipients in supportive housing shall be increased to 120.
