That nothing in the provisions of this act shall be construed to deem any student who participates in any course pursuant to a College and Career Access Pathways Partnership eligible for a grant pursuant to the New Economy Workforce Credential Grant Program established in Article 4.1 (§ 23.1-627.1 et seq.) of Chapter 6 of Title 23.1 of the Code of Virginia.
