SENATE BILL NO. 782 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Rules on February 9, 2018) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Dunnavant) A BILL to require the State Water Control Board to report on discharges from combined sewer overflow systems.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the State Water Control Board shall, every two years beginning on July 1, 2019, provide a summary report on discharges during the previous two years from combined sewer overflow systems located within the Commonwealth. Copies of the report shall be delivered to the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, the Chairman of the Senate Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources Committee, the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, and the Chairman of the House Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources Committee.
