SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Public institutions of higher education; personal social media accounts. Prohibits a public or private institution of higher education from requiring a student to disclose the username or password to any of such student's personal social media accounts, as defined in the bill. The bill further provides that such a prohibition shall not prevent a campus police officer appointed by a public or private institution of higher education from performing his official duties.
