SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Special license plates; PROTECT POLLINATORS. Changes the special license plates for supporters of pollinator conservation bearing the legend PROTECT POLLINATORS from nonrevenue sharing to revenue sharing and provides for the moneys to be allocated to the Virginia Department of Transportation to aid in the Pollinator Habitat Program.
