SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Physical evidence recovery kit examination; minors. Provides that if a parent or guardian of a minor refuses to consent to a physical evidence recovery kit examination of the minor, the minor may consent.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Physical evidence recovery kit examination; minors. Provides that a minor who is believed to be the victim of a sexual assault shall be deemed an adult for purposes of consenting to a physical evidence recovery kit examination.
