SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Campus police departments; retention of physical evidence recovery kits. Requires campus police departments to retain and store physical evidence recovery kits for a minimum of two years where the victim of the sexual assault elects not to report the sexual assault to law enforcement at the time of the collection of such evidence. This bill was incorporated into SB 291.
