SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Service charges imposed and collected by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Repeals the $5 service charge imposed and collected by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for any registration, driver's license, or identification card renewal in a DMV customer service center. The bill contains technical amendments.
