SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Voter referendum; tolling on I-66. Provides for an advisory referendum in each county and city in Planning District 8 on the questions of whether tolls should be imposed and collected on Interstate 66 inside the Capital Beltway and whether tolls should be imposed and collected on Interstate 66 outside the Capital Beltway. The results of the referendum would be advisory only and are intended to demonstrate the preference of the qualified voters in those counties and cities that would be affected by tolling on Interstate 66.
