SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Lien of keeper of garage. Prohibits the keeper of a garage from having a lien on a vehicle until after five business days have passed from the time the keeper took possession of the vehicle. The bill requires that the keeper of a garage make a reasonable attempt to notify the registered owner of the vehicle of the lien and that such lien for storage not exceed $500.
