SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Outdoor advertising fee schedule; established by the Commonwealth Transportation Board. Removes the current fee schedule for outdoor advertisements and advertising structures and requires that the Commonwealth Transportation Board establish a fee schedule with fees to be deposited in the Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund and used solely to defray the actual costs of supervising and administering the outdoor advertising signs and structures permit program. The bill has a delayed effective date of July 1, 2017.
