SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Secure Commonwealth Panel; membership; reporting. Adds the Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs to the Secure Commonwealth Panel and changes from quarterly to annual the Panel's report to the Governor concerning the state's emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and prevention efforts. This bill is identical to SB 634.
