SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Use of X-rays, etc.; search warrant required. Provides that a law-enforcement officer, absent consent, shall not use any device that employs ionizing radiation to create an image of any place, thing, or person without a search warrant. The bill also provides that any evidence obtained by such a device without a warrant is not admissible in any criminal or civil proceeding.
