SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Tolls for use of Interstate 66. Provides that the Commonwealth Transportation Board may impose tolls for the use of Interstate 66 from Interstate 495 to Route 29 in Rosslyn only if such tolls are collected at the same time Interstate 66 eastbound is being widened from the Dulles Connector Road to Ballston.
