SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Eligibility for in-state tuition charges; members of state-recognized Virginia tribes. Declares any student who is a member of a state-recognized Virginia tribe to be eligible for in-state tuition charges at public institutions of higher education. The bill provides that any such student granted in-state tuition shall be counted as an in-state student for the purpose of determining college admissions, enrollment, and tuition and fee revenue policies.
