SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Restaurants; annual inspections. Provides that every restaurant in the Commonwealth shall be inspected at least annually, with no more than 12 months elapsing between each such inspection.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Restaurants; annual inspections. Provides that no more than 12 months shall elapse between State Department of Health inspections of restaurants.
