SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Procedures at polling place; provision of voter's full name and current residence address. Permits a voter to give his full name and current residence address orally or in writing to the officer of election when offering to vote. The bill provides that allowing a voter to give such information in writing shall not be construed as a requirement that the form of identification presented by the voter contain the voter's current residence address.
