Commending Patricia Lee Ramey.

 

Agreed to by the House of Delegates, January 15, 2016

 

WHEREAS, Patricia Lee Ramey has been a dedicated and admired employee of the Virginia Department of Health for more than four decades, providing helpful service in a cheerful and welcoming manner; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Ramey, who resides in Marshall, is an office services specialist for the Virginia Department of Health; she works in the agency’s Warrenton office in the Environmental Health Services division; and

WHEREAS, with an extensive knowledge of environmental service issues, Patricia Ramey, who has worked for the Virginia Department of Health for 43 years, has continuously sought to provide cordial, professional assistance to constituents in Fauquier County; and

WHEREAS, always willing to help in whatever way she can, Patricia Ramey has processed records requests relating to well and septic systems; she also has assisted property owners and contractors in obtaining the necessary permits and inspections; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Ramey is an outstanding employee of the Virginia Department of Health who always puts customers first; she possesses exemplary work habits and is a role model for all who come in contact with her; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Patricia Lee Ramey, an office services specialist in the Warrenton office of the Virginia Department of Health, hereby be commended for 43 years of outstanding service to the people of Fauquier County; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Patricia Lee Ramey as an expression of the House of Delegates’ respect and admiration for her many years of dedicated work for the Commonwealth.
