1. § 1. The Department of Transportation and the Fredericksburg Area Metropolitan Planning Organization shall conduct a joint evaluation of traffic congestion occurring in the George Washington Regional Commission region on Interstate 95 between mile marker 145 in Stafford County and mile marker 125 in Spotsylvania County to determine the feasibility of extending the HOT lanes south on Interstate 95.
