SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

General Assembly; consideration of the conference committee report on the biennial budget or general appropriation act. Provides that no legislative action shall be taken on the conference committee report on the biennial budget or the general appropriation act until the conference committee report has been reviewed by the members of the House of Delegates, the Senate of Virginia, and the citizens of Virginia for not less than five consecutive legislative days. This bill was incorporated into SB 1352.
