SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Commonwealth Transportation Board membership. Provides that members of the Commonwealth Transportation Board do not serve at the pleasure of the Governor, but may be removed from office by the Governor for malfeasance, misfeasance, incompetence, neglect of duty, absenteeism, conflicts of interest, failure to carry out the policies of the Commonwealth, or refusal to carry out a lawful directive of the Governor. The bill has a delayed effective date of July 1, 2016.

Commonwealth Transportation Board membership. Provides that members of the Commonwealth Transportation Board do not serve at the pleasure of the Governor, but may be removed from office by the Governor for malfeasance, misfeasance, incompetence, or gross neglect of duty.
