Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 13.2 of Title 22.1 a section numbered 22.1-253.13:11 as follows:

§ 22.1-253.13:11. School Performance Report Card; rankings.

The Board may rank schools and school divisions based on the information contained in each School Performance Report Card, provided that such ranks are assigned to schools and school divisions in a form other than the letter grades used by such schools and school divisions to grade student performance.

2. That Chapters 672 and 692 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013 and Chapters 480 and 485 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014 are repealed.
