SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Commissioner of the Department of Taxation; working group to evaluate market-based sourcing. Directs the Commissioner of the Department of Taxation to convene a working group to examine (i) existing laws concerning the allocation of sales of nontangible personal property for purposes of the corporate income tax and (ii) the desirability and feasibility of adopting a market-based sourcing model. The Commissioner shall report the findings and any recommendations of the working group to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Finance and the Senate Committee on Finance by December 1, 2015.
