For purposes of inclusion in the calculation of Virginia’s on time graduation rates, as applied to the Standards of Accreditation, a student who transfers shall be enrolled and in attendance in the receiving school for a minimum of one semester. Further, any student who is in the custody of the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, or local law enforcement shall not be included in the calculation.
