nay. He stated that he is concerned that the deferral of revenues deposited
into the Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund set forth in lines 193-195 of
the approved version of House Bill 5010 (Item 471.40 (A)(8)) could invoke the
14th enactment clause of 2013's House Bill 2313, and affect transportation
revenues effective December 31, 2014.
