SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority; Board of Directors. Provides that nonlegislative citizen members of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority shall serve no more than four consecutive two-year terms. The bill contains an emergency clause.
