SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Donations by localities; emergency relief. Provides that a locality may make gifts and donations to any nonprofit tax-exempt organization that is engaged in providing emergency relief to residents, including providing the repair or replacement of private property damaged or destroyed by a natural disaster.
