SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Endangered and threatened species. Allows a person to possess, breed, sell, and transport any nonnative wildlife included on any federal list of endangered or threatened species when the federal government, under the Federal Endangered Species Act, authorizes the possession, breeding, selling, or transporting of such species.
