SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Adjustment or relocation of billboard signs. Includes the erection of a sound barrier as an action that allows relocation of a billboard sign. The bill also allows a billboard to remain in its original location until the Commissioner of Highways or other condemnor gives notice to its owner that the sign must be removed. This bill is identical to HB 377.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Adjustment or relocation of billboard signs. Includes the erection of a sound barrier in the list of actions that allows relocation of a billboard sign and allows a nonconforming billboard to remain in its original location until the Commissioner of Highways gives notice to its owner that construction is ready to proceed.
