SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Disclosure of presence of dam. Requires the first seller of a residential property (developer) that is located in a dam break inundation zone to disclose to any prospective purchaser of the property that the property is located in such a zone and that the failure of the dam may represent a threat to public health and safety.
