SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Department of Labor and Industry to study violence and bullying in the workplace; report. Directs the Department of Labor and Industry to update its study conducted in 2000 on workplace violence in the Commonwealth and to expand the study to address violence and bullying in both public and private workplaces in the Commonwealth.
