SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Commission on Local Government; local mandates. Expands the size of the task force appointed by the Governor to review state mandates on localities from five members to seven members, of whom two are required to be non-governmental appointees with a background in business. The bill also extends the task force from July 1, 2014, to July 1, 2018. This bill incorporates SB 407.
