SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Photographs of abused, incapacitated adult. Provides that in any case of suspected abuse of an incapacitated adult, photographs, X-rays, and other medical imaging of such incapacitated adult may be taken without the consent of the person responsible for the incapacitated adult as a part of the medical evaluation of the person. Such photographs, X-rays, and other medical imaging may be introduced into evidence in any civil or criminal proceeding. This bill is identical to HB 2122.
