SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Zoning; cash proffers. Extends from seven to 12 years the time by which a locality must begin utilization of cash proffers. The bill also removes the requirement that when cash proffers are used for alternative improvements, such improvements must be used in the same vicinity as the initial improvements.
