Introduced by: Joseph P. Johnson, Jr. | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Entitlement to sales and use tax revenues; development of regional impact. Adds Washington County as a locality entitled to retain certain sales and use taxes generated on the premises of a development of regional impact, to pay bonds issued for the development. The bill alters the criteria used to define such a development by removing the requirement that the development be located in a locality that has a certain level of unemployment.
