SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Home care organizations; proof of initial reserve operating funds. Requires every applicant for an initial license to operate a home care organization to submit proof of sufficient initial reserve operating funds in an amount determined by the State Board of Health, which shall be sufficient to ensure operation of the home care organization for at least three months after licensure. Funds may include a mix of cash, cash equivalents, borrowed funds, and funds available through a line of credit.
