Makes technical changes necessary to carry out the purpose of Chapter 811 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly, permitting localities to exempt firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and law-enforcement officers from the higher age and service requirements for normal and early retirement applicable to employees hired on or after July 1, 2010.
