VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal §§ 3 and 4 of Chapters 751, 773, and 774 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992, as amended by Chapter 721 of the Acts of Assembly of 1993, relating to the incineration of medical waste. [S 1055] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That §§ 3 and 4 of Chapters 751, 773, and 774 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992, as amended by Chapter 721 of the Acts of Assembly of 1993, are repealed.
