HOUSE BILL NO. 1858 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Education on January 28, 2013) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Orrock) A BILL to require the Board of Education to develop a model waiver form for use by any entity providing a career and technical occupational experience.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Board of Education shall develop, prior to July 1, 2014, a model waiver form for use by any entity providing a career and technical occupational experience for public secondary school students.
