1. The College of William and Mary is authorized to increase the design scope of this project to include all 27 buildings in the greater historic campus area. All design work shall be accomplished within the current budget for the project.

2. The College of William and Mary is further authorized to increase the construction scope of this project to include piping distribution to all 27 buildings within the greater historic campus area. All construction work shall be accomplished within the current budget for the project.
