Study; prevent recurrent flooding in Tidewater and Eastern Shore Virginia localities; report. Requests the Virginia Institute of Marine Science to study strategies for adaptation to recurrent flooding in Tidewater and Eastern Shore Virginia localities. The resolution is contingent upon an appropriation of General Funds effectuating the provisions of the resolution. HJ 50 also provides for a study of strategies to prevent recurrent flooding in Tidewater and Eastern Shore Virginia.
